I am an English jewellery maker living in England. Everything you see on this site is handmade in the UK. All of it is limited edition, commissioned, or one off work. My particular view is that “jewellery is people”. I like to take vintage and precious items and make then into colourful decorative objects which have resonance and meaning for the wearer. I enjoy the making process most of all, the touching, heating, bending and constructing aspect of jewellery making is as relaxing as meditation to me. I offer a service that includes re-stringing and costume jewellery repairs because I think all jewellery is important, personal and precious to it’s owner no matter what its made of or what it cost. Most of the jewellery you will see on the high street is made cheaply by the bucket load abroad, copied from young designers, diluted and churned out to the masses. It’s not very good and that’s why it’s cheap. That’s not the type of jewellery you will find here.
